Colourstart is for clients who do not have time to visit the salon for a skin patch test 48 hours before a colour treatment.
It is there for our and your peace of mind, to make sure there are no adverse allergic reactions to treatments carried out in our salons.
The patch MUST be carried out 5 DAYS (120 HOURS) PRIOR to your colour treatment, without the inconvenience of visiting the salons.
You would then keep the patch on when returning to the salon for your treatment to confirm that there were no adverse allergic reactions.
*You will also be required to bring proof of purchase with you, in order for us to ensure the test was sent to you in time and it has been on for at least 120 hours prior to us carrying out the colour treatment.
Do not purchase the Colourstart skin test if you have previously had a black henna tattoo or experienced any allergy to hair dye before: we recommend you instead come in to the salon for an in salon skin test and consultation.
Note: online orders can take up to 7 days to arrive so please do order in time for your appointment, to ensure the Colourstart patch is applied at least 120 hours prior to us carrying out the colour treatment.
How to apply the Coloustart skin test:
1. Remove the outer wrapping and peel off the clear protective film
2. Press firmly to the inner arm with the logo face-down on clean, healthy, grease free skin (close to the elbow fold)
3. Thoroughly wet the backing card with a wet sponge or water spray and leave until it easily slides away from the colour start logo
4. Pat dry and leave the test on your skin. The test will be removed at your salon appointment.
1. Do you have a return policy or exchange policy?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened products ONLY. We find that we have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on products that have not been opened, or tampered with.
2. May I return my order?
We are more than happy to accommodate returns on products that have NOT been opened, or tampered with. You may return your products order ONLY if they have been unopened and not taken out of the packaging. Our products are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the products have been taken out of the original packaging.
3. How do I make a return?
You must contact us first at (firstname.lastname@example.org) within our (7) day return period. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All products must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt. We will then provide you with our return address , where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Opened merchandise will not be refunded.
4. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Rosa Massimo Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.
5. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not opened and taken out of the original packaging which is protected by a security seal.
6. What is the return period?
We will provide a full refund on unopened products within (7) days of the date of us confirming we accept the return.
7. May I return Products without contacting you or getting an RMA?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return as our return address is different from the address we ship our products from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.

You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as Rosa Massimo Hair will not be held responsible for lost returns.

12. What is the exchange period?
We will provide an exchange for unopened hair extensions within (7) days of the date we confirm the exchange has been accepted.
